U knowwwww.. I just spent the last hour steering into space aimlessly  wondering what tha HELLLLLLLLL just happened on SCQ. Tonight’s match featured St. George’s College and STATHS.  Now everybody knows I am closeeelyyy affiliated with Georges because all of my siblings attended the noble institution. Now after last year’s DISGRACEFUL performance with the recruited window wipers  I was pleased to  see a marvellous panel of quick thinking, very knowledgeable and  highly confident team……. FOR 26 minutes. For 26 minutes I witnessed an institution with a  brilliant come back. For 26 minutes I was grinning like a please puss weh jus tief fish as the speed section ended on 26- 17. Jamaica I was so prouuudddd… FOR 26  minutes!!. But yuh si di  next 4 MINUTES.. JESUS WEPT!!! GEORGES UNO NUH TIADDDDD FI MEK MI SHAMEEEE!!.. Mi seh  di buzzer section started and di bwoy dem si down like bride inna parlour pon wedding day.. I sat and watched painfulllllyyyyy as the gap steadily closed and victory was SWEPTTTT from beneath them.  Di way mi full a anguish mi tink a gas a tek mi .. But mi nervesssss Sas cries. Uno remember one show name  I’m Gonna Git You Sucka.??? There was an intimate  scene in the movie just about when the star guy was about to have sex.. Tonight’s performance on  SCQ was nothing  short of exhilarating and phenomenal..  MI SEHHHH dem have some girls a Decarteret DEHHHHH… Wha BADDDDUPPP some bwoy  from Hydel DEHHHHHH… Weh have mi weeakk inna di final  part  DEEEHHH!!!.  And unfortunately  nuh ginger tea fi mi nerves  nuh DEH DEHHHHH…My GAWWDDDD. Firstly, these girls had such an amazing composure in the Opening Challenge and Speed Section… Cruissiingggg their way into the Buzzer section with a comfortable lead of 29 to  Hydels’s 16. It was actually 30 but they lost a mark on a minor technicality. Now Decarteret listen to me VERY carefully, uno bright BUT  lawd uno SLOW a way stilllll.. Dat deh buzzer section almost gimmie heart attack sake a uno a sidown well dainty like a selfie uno a tek.. GIT UP OUTTA UNO SEAT.. HUNCH OVER DI PANEL and DIG OUT DI BUZZER like a fruit cake you a try get inna Pricesmart  Christmas Eve..( Mi seh lawd uptown people can gwan badddd fi di lickle cheap cake u si!!) Anyway, Hydel made a valiant effort to close the gap as they were faster on the draw. BTW, YALLOW Decarteret, His nat Toots dat  sing Fed Up..  His Bounty Killa… YALLLOWWW!!.. Final score 37 – 29

Howdy folks… Quick update .. Old Harbour vs Maggoty High – Phenomenal match. Don’t think for one minute that because certain schools not listed as traditional or elitist that they aren’t of boundless substance. Maggoty High was comprised of 3 females and 1 male and trussss mi… These  girls can use as the poster kids for Bad Dog hotdogs (Better than cute monkey fi H&M)!!.. Anyway, these ladies were fierce,…. They came out of the starting blocks pretty impressive but alas the all boys’ team of Old Harbour quickly stole that “All My Life” moment from them …. The girls were definitely quicker on the buzzer though.. Is like comparing  Portmore vs Kingston residence fi si who can kill mosquito faster.. Yup, they were THAT  fast.. Alas they  had way too many wrong answers to recover after Old Harbour caught some  momentum. Looking forward to see how Old Harbour progresses .. Definitely a team to watch out for this season. Final score 34 – 25
